About Me

With 30+ yrs experience I have covered the entire A-Z of property transactions & disputes (mainly residential but also commercial) acting for all parties: developers, associations, residential companies, landlords, tenants – I have a reputation as the “go-to” lawyer for often intractable situations.

Main practice areas:

Flatted schemes – leasehold and freehold

Property development – greenfield, brownfield, in-fills

Complex property disputes – my aim is to avoid costly litigation wherever possible. Anything from boundary / land disputes, restrictive covenants, party walls, easements, trespass, nuisance and possession claims, varying existing rights by all available means and everything in between

Leasehold enfranchisement – cover all the tenant and landlord issues you encounter in mixed use residential

Service charge issues
