The only remaining member of the original cast of the Great British Bake Off is in a trademark dispute with a London baking business renowned for its chocolate crumpets. Paul Hollywood is opening a bakery called “Knead” in north London’s Euston station later this month. It will sell sandwiches and sausage rolls, pies, pastries and breakfast butties and is backed by the food giant SSP.
